Rear extension to a detached property in Kent
The extension at ground floor created a larger family room and office and increased the headroom at first floor level to the bedrooms by altering the existing catslide roof into three gables. The increased headroom in the bedrooms also allowed for an extra en-suite to the middle bedroom.
Sutton Architects did the planning and working drawings including building control submission.
