Phoenix Yard was a former light industrial site incorporating a Victorian warehouse and villa. Situated next to the historic Woodbury Park Cemetery the development of 7 flats and 7 town houses were built to reflect the historic industrial feel of the original warehouse that was destroyed by fire in 2016. The development comprises of 2 separate buildings set around a small courtyard with parking. Careful consideration was given to the choice of materials to reflect the sites industrial past. The original intention was to refurbish the warehouse to accommodate the 7 town houses, however after the fire, the council agreed to a replica of the of the original warehouse.
