The Client wanted to extend at ground floor to create a larger family room / dining &  office and also increase the headroom at first floor level to the existing bedrooms by changing the existing catslide roof into three gables. This increased the headroom in the bedrooms and allowed an extra en-suite to be added to the middle bedroom.

Sutton Architects did the planning and working drawings including building control submission for the project.
