Highcroft Knockholt

Highcroft is a large detached house situated on the outskirts of Knockholt Kent. The property had an indoor swimming pool which became redundant and was replaced with a large living space and separate home office within the same footprint. The internal circulation space was also redesigned to allow the existing kitchen to integrate with the new living area with an organic staircase. A full RIBA service was performed as part of the works.
