Wheelers Yard  is a development of 9 dwellings comprising 5 detached houses and 4 attached units.  The scheme is designed with a contemporary twist utilizing traditional materials in a modern way. The client Panfile Ltd had great input in the design process and are developing this scheme with great attention to detail. 

The dwellings incorporate air source heat pumps as  their primary heating, and high levels of insulation. The properties to the rear of the site enjoy uninterrupted views across the downs.

The project was completed summer 2022.
