Sunnybrae was a new detached dwelling in the garden of a detached dwelling in Berkshire. The garden was levelled and the railway embankment to the rear removed to allow space for the new dwelling, along with the demolition of the remains of an old railway bridge that stood adjacent to the main road.

The design reflected the original Victorian railway architecture with red brickwork, gables, plain tiled roof and sash windows.
