The Court House

The Court House is a detached 2 storey dwelling in Sutton Valence with stunning south views over the Kent Downs. The client wanted to replace an outdated glazed conservatory which suffered with temperature extremes with a modern family room, taking in the amazing views to the rear of the property. The design included two set of Bi Folding doors which opened up the rear and east side of the property. The floor, walls and roof were super insulated to allow for the extent of glazing.
